FAQ

What can I shop at FOXTAIL?

Explore anime and game collectibles, everyday accessories, and Foxtail Print Lab’s fan-made 3D-printed figures, displays, charms, and cosplay props. Check each product page for its material, size, and what is included.

When will my order ship?

In-stock items ship from California within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This is preparation time before dispatch, not delivery time. Carrier transit time is additional.

How do custom orders work?

Custom pieces are made after ordering. Contact us before purchasing to confirm the requested details, price, and production timeline. Do not buy a standard-size option if you need a different size. See Custom Orders.

Can I order for a convention or a gift deadline?

Please share the date before ordering, especially for customized pieces. Allow time for both production and carrier delivery; the 2–3 business day dispatch window does not apply to custom production.

How much is shipping?

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout for your delivery address. See Shipping for dispatch details.

Will 3D-printed pieces have visible lines?

Minor layer lines, surface textures, and small variations are natural features of 3D printing. Check the product photos and description before ordering. Keep PLA pieces away from excessive heat and prolonged direct sunlight.

Are lights, badges, or wearing straps included?

Only the items listed in the product description are included. For example, the Sylus lithophane does not include a light, the badge display frame does not include a badge, and the Xavier handheld mask does not include wearing straps.

Are cosplay props protective equipment?

No. Our cosplay props are decorative costume and photography accessories, not protective equipment.

How can I get help with an order?

Email Support@foxtailglobal.com with your order number. For damaged or incorrect items, include photos of the item and packaging. Please do not send credit card or bank details. See Contact Us.
