Dispatch from California
In-stock items ship within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Dispatch time is the time needed to prepare your order before it is handed to the carrier. Carrier transit time is additional.
Custom-made items
Customized items are made to order and have a separate production timeline. Contact Support@foxtailglobal.com before purchasing to confirm your requirements, price, and production timing. The 2–3 business day dispatch window applies to in-stock items only.
Shipping options and charges
Free standard shipping is available for US orders of $49 or more. For orders below $49, the applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout and may vary by fulfillment location. Available shipping methods and charges are shown for your delivery address before payment.
Delivery timing
Delivery time depends on the selected service and destination. If you need an item for a specific date, contact us before ordering and allow time for both preparation and shipping.
Order questions
For address corrections, tracking questions, or delivery issues, email Support@foxtailglobal.com with your order number as soon as possible. An address change may not be possible once an order has shipped.
